지원자격 및 요건	사업대상자는 이주기한, 거주기간, 교육이수 실적을 모두 충족해야함 ① (이주기한) : 농촌지역 전입일 이후 만 5년이 경과하지 않은 날로부터 사업신청일 전에 세대주(단독세대 가능)가 가족과 함께 농촌으로 이주하여 실제거주하면서 농업에 종사하고 있거나 하고자 하는 자 ----------------------< 예외로 귀농인으로 인정하는 경우 >-------------------------- * 농촌 외의 지역에서 농지원부, 농업경영체 등록기간이 2년 이하인 자 * 농촌 지역으로 2년내에 이주할 계획인 예비귀농인도 지원대상에 포함 가능.  다만, 사업대상자로 선정된 후, 퇴직전 또는 사업자등록 이전·말소 전이라도 주소지 이전 확인 후에 대출 가능 (예비 귀농인 중 농업 외의 근로소득이 3,700만원 이상인 경우 농신보 보증지원 불가 ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ② (거주기간) : 농촌지역 전입일을 기준으로 1년이상 농촌 외의 지역에서 거주한 자 * 직업군인, 새터민은 근무지(거주지)가 농촌지역 경우, 거주기간을 제한하지 않음(제대 만 5년까지 인정) ③ (교육이수) : 농림축산식품부, 농촌진흥청, 산림청 및 지자체가 주관 또는 위탁하는 귀농·영농 교육을 100시간 이상 이수한 자. * 지자체 교육 (청강포함) :, 창조경제혁신센터 귀농교육, 지자체 지정 멘토·멘티 활동, 지자체 귀농투어 참여 등 * 온라인교육, 농촌재능나눔, 농촌봉사활동, 농산업 도농협력 일자리사업 참여 시간은 50% 최대 40시간까지 교육시간으로 인정 * 귀농인 중 농업인 인정규모로 실제 영농 종사 기간 6개월 이상경험자, 농과계 학교졸업자, 후계 농업인, 농산업인턴 이수자(100시간 이상)는 귀농교육을 이수한 것으로 인정
지원대상	영농기반, 농식품 제조·가공시설 신축(수리), 구입에 사용 경종·축산·농촌비즈니스 분야 ※ 농업용화물자동차 지원가능(단, 면세유류 공급대상자에 한함) ※ 한(육)우 입식자금 지원제외(납유쿼터와 납유처 확보한 경우 유우자금 지원가능) ※ 농촌비즈니스 분야 농신보 보증지원제외	주택 구입 및 신축(대지구입포함) 읍·면지역의 경우 상업지역 및 공업지역을 제외한 지역 단독주택의 연면적 150㎡이하 (단일건물 층별 바닥면적 합계)

農村以外の地域での農業以外の産業分野に従事した（する）が、農業を専業にしたり、農業に従事しながら、これに関連する農食品加工・製造・流通業や農村ビジネスを兼業するためには、「農村」に移住して農業に従事する者（予定を含む）。ただし、「帰農農業創業計画書」提出日を基準に満65歳以下の引数

 

上記事業者の要件を満たしながら、市長・郡守の審査を経て、創業者に選定者

サポートの資格と要件

事業者は、移住期限、居住期間、教育ができ実績をすべて満たしている必要があること

①（移住期限）：農村地域転入日以降のみ5年が経過していない日から事業申請の前に世帯主（単独世帯が可能）が家族と一緒に農村に移住して、実際の居住しながら、農業に従事しているか、しようとする者

*農村地域で2年以内に移転する計画である予備帰農インドの支援対象に含まれています。

*オンライン教育、農村才能分かち合い、農村ボランティア活動、農業分野都農協力雇用事業参加時間は50％、最大40時間までの教育時間として認め

*帰農の中農業認め規模で、実際の営農従事期間6ヶ月以上の経験者、農系の学校卒業者、後継農業、農業分野インターン履修者（100時間以上）は、帰農教育を履修したものと認め
