안녕하십니까. 전북대학교 부설 기록관리학교육원에서는 아래 <모집요강>에 따라 2016학년도 전기 신입생을 모집합니다.

본 교육원에서는 전문성을 구비한 전문요원인 아키비스트를 양성한다는 목표를 가진 교육과정을 이수한 후 안정행정부장관이 시행하는 기록물관리 전문요원 자격시험에 합격하면, “공공기록물관리에관한법률”에 근거하여 공공기관 기록물관리를 전담하는 전문요원의 자격이 부여됩니다.

본 교육원은 국립대 유일의 교육원으로 학비 등은 국립대학교 수준으로 필요한 전문자격을 갖출 수 있으며, 또한 2013년도에 기록관리학대학원을 중심으로 하는 BK21플러스사업(지역문화 컨텐츠 융복합 전문 인력 양성 사업단)에 선정되어 연계를 통해 최상의 교육여건을 제공하고 있습니다. 본 교육원에서는 국가기록원에서 주관하고 있는 기록물관리 전문요원시험에서 높은 합격률을 확보하고 있습니다.

■ 모집 및 인원

공공기관 기록물관리 전문요원과정(30명)

■ 지원자격

공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 개정(2013.9.13일자)에 따라 지원자격이 변경됨을 알려드립니다.

<공공기관 기록물관리 전문요원과정>

- 역사학 및 문헌정보학 학사학위 소지자 및 동일 전공 석사 학위 이상 소지자

- 기록물관리학 학사 학위 소지자

- 국방부장관이 정하는 군인 또는 군무원(※육․해․공군 외에 국방부 직속 군기관도 포함)

* 역사학 및 문헌정보학 전공자의 경우 2016년 2월 학사 학위취득예정자도 포함

* 역사학의 경우 역사교육/한국사/국사학, 문헌정보학의 경우 도서관교육/사서교육/문헌정보교육 전공도 포함

* 역사학 또는 문헌정보학 전공 석사 이상 졸업자의 경우 학부 전공 상관없이 지원가능

* 나이 제한 없음

2. 이메일 접수 유의사항

가. 이메일 접수자는 본 모집요강의 “입학지원서류”를 2015년 11월 16일(월) ~ 11월 27일(금)까지 도착 하도록 등기우편 또는 택배로 우송하여야 합니다.

나. 입학지원에 필요한 모든 서류는 원본 또는 원본대조필 된 사본을 제출하여야 하며, 한국어 또는 영어로 작성되지 않은 서류는 공증된 국문 또는 영문 번역서를 첨부합니다.

다. 이메일로 원서접수를 완료하였다 하더라도 제출서류를 해당기간 내에 제출하지 않는 경우에는 서류미제출로 불합격으로 처리되고 제출서류의 일부를 해당기간 내에 제출하지 않을 경우에는 해당 서류는 서류전형 평가에서 제외합니다.

라. 접수된 서류는 반환하지 않으며, 접수 후에는 입학원서의 기재내용을 변경할 수 없습니다.

■ 입학전형 유의사항

1. 입학원서를 접수하고 면접고사에 결시하면 불합격 처리됩니다.

2. 지원자가 모집인원에 미달하거나 초과하더라도 본교가 적절한 학력기준에 미치지 못한다고 판단하는 경우에는 모집인원에 상관없이 본교 기록관리학교육원 입시전형위원회의 심의를 거쳐 선발하지 아니할 수 있습니다.

3. 지원자격 미달자 및 제출서류(위임제출 포함)의 허위기재, 변조, 기타 부정한 행위와 관련된 사실이 확인될 경우에는 위 사실이 합격에 영향을 미치지 않았더라도 합격 또는 입학을 취소할 수 있으며, 합격 또는 입학취소가 된 경우에는 향후 본교의 입학을 허가하지 아니할 수 있습니다.

4. 입학전형 평가내용 및 성적은 공개하지 않습니다.

5. 본교 정책과학대학원 부속 기록관리교육원 신입생 모집에 대하여 본 요강에 명시되어 있지 않은 모든 사항에 대해서는 본교 기록관리교육원 입시전형위원회가 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

Hallo. In Chonbuk National University Placement Archiv Institut rekrutierte Elektro Jahr Freshman 2016 nach dem <Eintritt> unten.

Wenn das Institut nach einer Schulung mit dem Ziel, die Ausbildung die Spezialisten von Archivaren der Expertise der stabilen Regierung Minister für die Durchsetzung auf Records Management-Spezialisten Prüfung besteht Abschluss der Öffentlichkeit auf der Grundlage des „Gesetz über die Public Records Management“ die Qualifikation einer Fachagentur records Management gewidmet sind gegeben.

Das Institut ist ein Institut der National University nur Unterricht, etc. und von der National University of Ebenen, auch das BK21 Plus-Projekt (regionale kulturelle Inhalte Konvergenz spezialisiert Education Consortium), die vor allem Archivmaterial Absolvent 2013 benannt erforderlich mit einer beruflichen Qualifikation ausgestattet werden wir bieten die bestmögliche Lernumgebung durch Kooperation. In diesem Institut haben wir eine hohe Erfolgsquote in den Records Management Specialist Prüfungen und von dem National Archives organisiert.

B. Alle notwendigen Unterlagen für die Zulassung muss eine Kopie der Quelle oder Quellen daejopil, Dokumente vorzulegen, die in Koreanisch oder Englisch geschrieben sind, eine notariell beglaubigte Koreanisch oder Englisch-Übersetzung anbringen.

こんにちは。全北大学付設記録管理学教育院では、以下の<募集要項>に基づいて、2016年度の電気新入生を募集します。

本教育院では、専門性を備えた専門要員のアーキビストを育成するという目標を持つ教育課程を履修した後、安定行政長官が施行するドキュメンタリー管理専門要員の資格試験に合格すれば、「公的記録の管理に関する法律」に基づいて、公共機関ドキュメンタリー管理を担当する専門要員の資格が与えられます。

本教育院は、国立大学で唯一の教育院で学費等は、国立大学のレベルに必要な専門資格を備えることができ、また、2013年度に記録管理学大学院を中心とするBK21とビジネス(地域文化コンテンツ融合専門人材の養成事業団)に選ばれされて連携を通じて最高の教育環境を提供しています。本教育院では、国家記録院で主管しているドキュメンタリー管理専門要員の試験で高い合格率を確保しています。
