1. 모집안내

□ 교육과정명

○ 준비반, 적응반, 마스터반, 정착반, 귀촌반

□ 교육기간 : `16. 3월 ~ 11월

○ 각 과정(기수)마다 교육일정이 다르니 교육계획 확인 요망

□ 접수기간 : 과정별 상이 ※ 하단의【교육과정 및 일정】참고

○ 교육신청 기간은 조기마감 될 수 있음

○ 교육대상자(선발자)는 개별 문자통보를 원칙으로 함

□ 모집인원 : 440명

○ 준비반 : 120명(4기, 기당 30명)

○ 적응반 : 120명(3기, 기당 40명)

○ 마스터반 : 60명(2기, 기당 30명)

○ 정착반 : 100명(1기)

○ 귀촌반 : 40명(1기)

- 도내 우수농업인과 귀농․귀촌(희망)자와 멘토․멘티 그룹을 형성하여 밀착형 품목별 영농기술교육 습득 및 현장애로사항 해결

- 농장 장기임대를 통해 교육생이 직접 파종, 재배, 수확까지 운영

❍ 귀농인과 지역민간 화합분위기 조성으로 생동감 있는 농촌건설

❍ 초고령화 사회 진입에 따른 인력난 해소 및 인구감소 등 어려움을

겪고 있는 농촌에 새로운 활력을 불어 넣는 계기 마련

추진방향

 베이비부머세대 은퇴자 및 전원생활을 희망하고 있는 도시민 유치

 청장년층의 U턴형 농가, 부모님의 농사를 승계 하려는 농가를 마을에서 유치하여 미래 농촌인력육성

 귀농·귀촌 유치 우수마을 지원을 통해 깨끗하고 쾌적한 주변환경을 조성 하여 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상

《사업개요》

가. 사업량/사업비 : 3개마을 90백만원(마을당30백만원)

나. 사업기간 : 2017. 1 ～12.

다. 지원대상

 행정마을 기준으로 5가구이상 또는 귀농·귀촌인 수 10명 이상 유치실적이 있는 마을(실제 거주시 인정)

- 실적인정 기간 : 2016. 7. 1. ~ 2017. 6. 30(기간중 전입자만 인정)

※ 귀농·귀촌인 정의 : 농촌지역으로 이전하기 직전에 농어촌 이외의

지역에서 1년이상 계속 주민등록되어 있던 사람이 농업경영·농촌 생활을 위해 의성군으로 이주하여 주민등록을 한 사람

(제외자 : 학업, 직장전보, 기도원·요양시설, 군인·의경·공익근무요원,

이에 준하는 경우에 해당되는 이주자)

 읍․면에서 추천한 대상 마을중 실적기간 내 귀농귀촌 인구를 가장 많이

유치한 마을 순으로 3개 마을 선정 : 2017. 7. 14일까지

바. 사업시행

 지원대상으로 선정된 마을대표는 마을협의회 회의를 통해 사업계획서를 수립(별지 2호, 2-1∼3호 서식)하여 읍면으로 제출하고, 읍․면에서는 사업시행 가능여부를 검토하여 농업기술센터로 송부

 농업기술센터에서는 사업비 재배정 및 완료후 사업비 정산

 읍면에서는 지원대상 마을에 대한 공사 설계, 발주, 공사감독 및 준공검사를 하고 사업비 집행후 정산보고서 제출

사. 추진상황 점검 : 농업기술센터에서는 사업기간내 완료되도록 수시점검

5	사업 세부 추진요령

가. 신청 대상 : 도시지역에서 농업 이외의 직종에 종사하며 1년 이상 거주한 자로 의성군에 가족(부부이상)과 함께 전입한 세대주

* 미혼, 사별, 이혼 등의 사유로 혼자인 경우는 가능

* 군인, 의경, 공익근무요원, 학생, 직장인, 요양시설 이주자의 경우 제외

나. 신청 기간 : 전입 신고 후 6개월 이내

다. 제외 대상 : 전 거주지가 읍 ․ 면 지역일 경우 지원 제외

라. 지원 내용

○ 사 업 량 : 125가구(2인 기준)

○ 사 업 비 : 50,000천원(100% 군비 보조)

○ 지 원 액 : 200천원/1인, 400천원/2인, 600천원/3인

○ 자금용도 : 이사목적의 차량 임차 및 관련 비용

마. 청구 절차

○ 신청 : 지원대상자의 거주지 읍 ․ 면사무소

○ 기간 : 2016. 1월 ∼ 11월

○ 방법 : 지원대상자는 이사 완료 후 청구서【별지 제1호 서식】, 귀농․귀촌 신고서【별지 제2호 서식】및 비용관련 증빙자료(견적서, 무통장내역)를 거주지 읍․면사무소에 제출

○ 군수는 관련서류를 제출받은 후 허위사실이 아닌 경우 지급

사후관리

○ 읍 ․ 면에서는 귀농 ․ 귀촌 신고자 관리대장【별지 제3호 서식】을 작성 후 비치하여 귀농․귀촌 관련 업무 추진 시 참고자료로 활용

○邑面では帰農。帰村申告者の管理台帳【別紙第3号書式】を作成した後ビーチで帰農。帰村関連業務推進の際の参考資料として活用

- 예시) ‘03.1.1부터 ‘03.12.31동안 구입한 농기계는 2003년식으로 분류함

② 중고농업기계 융자지원한도액은 최초 구입가격에 융자기준율을 곱한 금액범위 이내에서 지원. 다만, 1만원미만의 단수는 절사함

예) 50마력 트랙터(○사, '04년식) ⇒ 840만원 이내에서 융자

- 융자지원한도액 = ‘04년 최초구입가격(2,100만원)×융자기준율(40%) = 840만원

③ 트랙터와 부속작업기 중고품을 1세트로 구입할 경우 부속작업기 중고품은 본체에 포함 된 것으로 보고 별도 지원하지 않음

④ 70마력이상 트랙터, 6조식이상 이앙기, 5조식이상 콤바인은 농기계조합에서 안내하는 연도별 기준가격을 기준으로 함

- 농림사업시행지침서(농기계구입지원)에서 정한 연도별 융자지원 한도액 산정 기준모델의 가격

⑤ 기대별 중고농업기계 가격이 100만원미만인 농업기계와 수입 중고농업기계는 융자지원 대상에서 제외함

(2) 중고농기계구입자금지원

○ 지원대상자 : 농업인, 농업회사법인, 영농조합법인, 농협농기계은행 등

○ 지원대상 농기계〔별표1 참조〕

- 공급자로부터 구입시 : 중고농기계 매매계약서[별지11호]를 작성하여 구입한 중고농기계 또는 한국농기계공업협동조합의 사후봉사 이행보증을 받은 중고농기계

․공급자 : 시·군·구단위 사후봉사업자, 공급농협, 중고농기계 상설판매장, 중고농기계 전문거래업자(시·군·구 단위 사후봉사업자의 시설과 기술인력을 갖추고 판매업으로 세무서에 등록한 자)

- 농가간 거래시 : 중고농기계 매매계약서[별지11호]를 작성한 후 공급자의 중개 또는 확인을 받은 중고농기계

단, 현금거래시는 대금지불 완료후 10일이내에 융자 신청한 경우만 지원

○ 융자지원액

- 미상환잔액이 없는 중고농기계 : 융자지원기준금액표에서 정한 가격의 90%이내

- 미상환 잔액이 있는 중고농기계 : 중고농기계 융자지원기준표[별표2]에서 정한 가격의 90%이내에서 지원하되 미상환잔액이 당초 융자액의 50%미만일 경우에만 지원 가능하며, 미상환잔액이 50%미만인 중고농기계의 농가간 거래는 미상환 잔액을 승계하는 것을 원칙으로 함.

- 기종별 융자지원한도액[별표 2]

※ 융자지원 한도 상한액은 신품농기계의 융자지원 한도액 기준을 준용(예 70마력이상 트랙터의 융자지원액은 70마력을 기준으로 융자)

　○ 융자금 상환조건 : 연리 3%, 거치기간 없이 융자기간 동안 균분상환

　○ 융자기간

- 내용연수가 지난 중고농기계 : 3년이내

- 내용연수 이내의 중고농기계

․잔여내용연수가 3년 이상인 경우 : 잔여내용연수

․잔여내용연수가 3년 미만인 경우 : 3년이내

○ 사후관리

- 중고농기계 공급자는 농업인 등과 협의하여 일정기간 무상수리(12개월이내)하는 등 사후관리를 철저히 하여야 함.

○ 농협중앙회는 인터넷「중고농기계 거래마당」등을 이용하여 중고농기계 구입자금 융자지원 제도를 적극 홍보

라. 융자금 집행 절차

○ 융자금 집행은 사업추진절차를 준수하며, 기타는 농업종합자금사업과

정책자금이차보전사업의 절차에 따름.

① 융자신청

❶-1 농기계 제조번호 통보

- 농기계제조업체는 농업인에게 공급하고자하는 주요농기계의 제조번호를 농협중앙회 및 시중은행본점에 공급예정월의 전월 25일까지 통보

- 농협중앙회 및 시중은행본점은 주요농기계의 제조번호 정보를 공유하여 지역농협과 시중은행지점에서 이미 대출된 농기계인지 여부를 검색토록 하여 이중융자를 방지

※ 부당융자(농기계 구입융자 후 즉시판매) 및 부당공급(이중융자)을 방지하기 위한 감사원 요청사항임

② 융자지원의 적정여부 및 자부담금 납부(농업인이 공급자 통장에 입금) 확인, 융자대출수속필증확인서 교부

③ 융자수속필확인서 공급자에 제출, 농기계 인수일자·장소 통보

④ 농업인이 지정하는 장소에서 농기계 인도·인수

- 농업인은 융자금지불위임장과 기대인수 확인서를 공급자에게 제출

- 대출취급기관은 융자지원신청 농기계와 공급한 농기계의 일치여부를 현지확인

⑤ 융자금 지급 요청(융자금지불위임장 및 기대인수확인서 첨부)

정부 창업지원사업 효율화 방안 -“K-스타트업”통합브랜드 출범 -

Ⅰ. 추진 배경

□ 창업을 위한 인프라 구축과 민간투자는 지속 확대

ㅇ 지역 창업․사업화의 핵심거점인 ‘창조경제혁신센터’가 전국 17개 광역시․도에 개소 완료(7월)

ㅇ 민간 창업보육 기관의 활성화와 글로벌 기업의 국내 창업 지원분야 진출 등으로 창업열기 고조

【 민간의 창업․투자 지원 】

* (민간참여) 창조경제혁신센터에 대기업 참여, D-Camp (은행연합회), 마루180 (아산나눔재단) 등 민간 엑셀러레이팅 활성화

* (글로벌기업) 구글 캠퍼스 개소(‘15.5월), 500 startup 스타트업 펀드 운영, 요즈마 스타트업캠퍼스 / SAP 디자인싱킹센터 개소 준비(판교) 등

* (벤처투자액, 억원) (’13) 13,845 → (‘14) 16,393 → (’15예상) 2조원 이상

* (대학창업동아리 수) (’14) 2,949 → (‘15) 4,070

□ 조성된 창업열기가 식지 않고, 지속가능한 벤처기업 성장의 선순환 구조가 정착될 수 있도록 정부 지원체계를 재정비 할 시점

ㅇ 그간 정부 창업지원사업은 아이디어와 기술의 사업화를 촉진하고 민간 벤처투자의 마중물 역할을 해 왔으나,

ㅇ 다수 부처에서 100여개의 창업 프로그램이 운영되는 등 창업자들이 쉽게 인지하고 지원받기 어렵다는 현장의 목소리는 지속

ㅇ 정보의 일원화된 창구 미흡, 사업 신청 및 정산 등 수행과정에서의 각종 서류 작성 부담 등 정책 전달체계상의 문제점도 지적

⇨ 정책 수요자의 니즈에 맞춰 복잡한 창업지원사업 전달체계를 단순화․효율화하여 “선진국형 창업생태계 조성” 견인 필요

※ ICT 창업․벤처정책 통합방안(‘15.3), 제8차 무투회의 ‘벤처․투자 활성화방안’(‘15.7) 등 후속조치로 추진

【 본 대책의 의의 】

◈ 창업생태계 활력 제고를 위해 창조경제혁신센터 등 플랫폼을 구축하고, 민간 투자자금 확대를 위한 제도개선* 지속 추진 중

* 벤처․창업 자금생태계 활성화 방안(‘13.5), M&A 활성화 방안(’14.3), 벤처․창업붐 확산 방안(‘15.7)

◈ 본 대책은 창업생태계의 주요 구성요소인 플랫폼 구축과 제도개선의 성과가 점차 가시화되는 단계에서

ㅇ 그간 개별적으로 진행된 각 부처의 노력을 결집하여 더욱 확산하고, 수요자 중심의 창업생태계 출범의 속도를 한층 높이는 의미를 지님

“창조경제 활성화를 위해서는 수백개 관련 프로그램에 대해 분석해서 서로 따로 가는 것 보다 보완할 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요”(창조경제혁신센터 기능확충방안, 국무회의 ‘15.7.7)

* 분산된 지원역량(9개 기관, 28개 사업)을 단일 브랜드하에 결집하고 각 사업의 통합 운영추진

초빙교수 운영에 관한 규정

제1조(목적) 이 규정은 상명대학교(이하 “본 대학교”라 한다) 초빙교수의 자격, 임용절차, 처우 및 제도운영에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(자격) ①초빙교수의 자격은 ｢대학교원 자격기준 등에 관한 규정｣에 의한다.

②본 대학교에 전일제로 근무하는 산학협력중점 초빙교수를 둘 수 있으며, 이 경우 산업체 경력이 10년 이상 이여야 한다.

제3조(연구실적 및 교육경력의 범위 등) 초빙교수의 연구실적․교육경력의 범위, 연구실적의 환산 등은 총장이 따로 정한다.

제4조(임용절차) 초빙교수는 교원인사위원회의 심의를 거쳐 총장이 임명하되, 이사장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

제5조(임용서류) 초빙교수를 추천하고자 하는 경우 다음 각 호의 서류를 제출하여야 한다.

1.초빙교수 임용 제청서 및 추천서

2.초빙교수 임용지원서

3.연구실적물목록 및 연구실적물

4.초빙교수 연구실적물 인정조서

5.학위증명서(학사, 석사, 박사)

6.경력증명서

제6조(처우) 초빙교수에 대한 보수 및 기타 처우는 학력, 경력, 연구실적, 전공, 후생복지조건 등을 고려하여 개별로 협의하여 결정한다.

제7조(임용기간 등) 초빙교수의 임용기간은 1년 단위로 하며 계약제 임용을 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 총장은 필요하다고 인정할 경우 임용기간을 조정할 수 있다.

제8조(복무) ①초빙교수는 강의 및 연구를 담당한다. 다만, 산학협력중점 초빙교수의 경우 산학협력을 중점으로 담당한다.

②책임시간은 주당 9시간(산학협력중점 초빙교수 6시간)을 원칙으로 하되, 총장이 인정하는 경우는 예외로 한다.

③초빙교수는 총장의 승인을 받아 본 대학교 이외의 장소에서 연구할 수 있다.

제9조(업무분장) 초빙교수 운영에 따른 제반사무는 전임교원에 준하여 소관 부서별로 처리한다.

제10조(임용취소) 총장은 초빙교수가 그 명예를 손상시킬 만한 행위를 하였다고 인정될 때 임용을 취소할 수 있다.

제11조(겸직금지) 초빙교수는 본 대학교의 동의가 없이 겸직할 수 없다. 단, 총장이 인정하는 경우는 예외로 한다.

제12조(기타) 이 규정에 정하지 아니한 사항은 총장이 따로 정한다.

이 규정은 2012년 1월 5일부터 시행한다.

Provision of invited professors

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this regulation is to prescribe the qualifications, appointment procedures, treatment and system administration of Sangmyung University (hereinafter referred to as "the university").

Article 2 (Qualification) ① The qualification of the invited professors shall be in accordance with the "Regulations on the criteria for qualification of universities."

② You may have a full-time faculty member at industry-academia cooperation center in this university. In this case, you should have more than 10 years of industry experience.

Article 3 (Scope of Research Achievements and Educational Careers) The research results of the visiting professors. The scope of educational experience and the conversion of research results are determined by the president.

Article 4 (Procedure for Appointment) The invited professor shall be appointed by the president after the deliberation of the personnel committee of the teacher, and approved by the president.

Article 5 (Appointment Documents) In order to recommend invited professors, the following documents must be submitted.

1. Appointment invitation letter and letter of recommendation

2. Application form for invited professors

3. List of research achievements and research achievements

4. Visiting Professor Research Achievement Accreditation Record

5. Degree Certificate (Bachelor, Master, Doctor)

6. Career certificate

Article 6 (Treatment) Remuneration and other treatment for invited professors shall be decided by consultation individually considering academic background, career, research results, major and welfare conditions.

Article 7 (Duration of Appointment, etc.) The term of appointment for invited professors shall be one (1) year, with the principle of appointment as a contract. However, the president may adjust the term of office if he deems it necessary.

Article 8 (Service) ① Invited professors are responsible for lectures and research. However, in the case of invited professors from industry-academia cooperation center, it is mainly focused on industry-university cooperation.

② Responsibility time shall be 9 hours per week (6 hours of visiting professors from industry-academia cooperation center), except in cases where the president acknowledges it.

③ The invited professor can study at a place other than the university with the approval of the president.

Article 9 (Duties) All the duties of the invited professors shall be handled by the relevant departments in accordance with the full-time faculty members.

Article 10 (Cancellation of appointment) The general secretary may cancel the appointment when the invited professor recognizes that he / she has acted in such a way as to damage the honor.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Participation) Invited professors shall not be concurrent without the consent of the university. However, except as the case may be admissible by the President.

Article 12 (Other) Matters not specified in this regulation shall be determined by the President.

This regulation will be effective from January 5, 2012.

Ⅰ. 연구교수 추천 기준

1. 추천 자격

- 산학협력단에서의 연구교수 추천(총장 발령)은 유급인 경우를 원칙으로 하되, 연구과제가 생성되지 않아 부득이하게 무급으로 추천할 경우 연구과제에 인건비가 책정되는 즉시 유급으로 전환한다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Act is to specify matters concerning the adoption of a medical examination to determine the ability of a person to take charge of a job when hiring a new public official.

Article 1 (2) (Scope of application) With regard to the adoption physical examination (hereinafter referred to as "physical examination") conducted to determine the ability of the body to take charge of the job when a new government official is hired, Except as otherwise provided.

Article 2 (Subjective Institution of Physical Examination) The physical examination for the recruitment of a national public official shall be conducted by a medical institution subject to any of the provisions of Article 3 (1) under the authority of an entitlement holder or a holder of a licensee. However, if necessary for efficient physical examination, it may be conducted at a medical institution covered by any of the subparagraphs of Paragraph (1) of Article 3 under the supervision of the head of the institution conducting the trial.

Article 3 (Medical Institutions Conducting Physical Examinations) ① Medical institutions conducting physical examinations are as follows.

1. A member of Parliament pursuant to Article 3 (2)

2. Hospital in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2, Item 3 of the 「Medical Law」

3. General hospital according to Article 3, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 3, Article 3 of the "Medical Law"

(2) When a member of parliament and a hospital pursuant to Paragraph (1) 1 and 2 of the Paragraph (1) conducts a physical examination, the dental system examination of Table 3 shall be assisted by a dentist.

(3) The head of the institution which administers the physical examination may designate a separate medical institution from among the medical institutions specified in Paragraph (1) when it is deemed necessary particularly for the purpose of appointment or other physical examination.

Article 3-2 (Implementation of Physical Examination) Medical institutions conducting physical examinations shall take a physical examination in accordance with the adoption physical examination form attached to the attached sheet in consideration of the occupation of the candidate. Article 4 (Failed Criteria) The criterion for rejecting physical examinations is shown in the attached table. Article 5 (Prohibition of employment) The right holder can not hire a person who has been rejected in the physical examination. 第3条の2（身体検査の実施）身体検査を実施する医療機関は、受験者の受験職種などを考慮して、別紙書式の採用身体のDOEに応じて、身体検査をしなければならない。この場合、特に必要であると認められるときは、精密検査をすることができる。

전라남도교육청 지방공무원 제1회 공개경쟁임용시험 및 제3회 경력경쟁임용 시험 시행계획

2. 시험방법

가. 제1․2차 시험은 병합하여 객관식 4지 선택형 필기시험(과목당 25문항)으로 하고, 제3차 시험은 제1․2차 시험 합격자에 한하여 면접시험으로 실시합니다.

나. 필기시험 배점비율은 각 과목당 100점을 만점으로 합니다.

3. 응시자격

가. 「지방공무원법」 제31조에 규정한 결격사유가 없어야 하며, 「지방공무원법」제66조(정년)에 해당되지 않아야 하고,「지방공무원 임용령」 제65조 (부정행위자 등에 대한 조치) 및 기타 관계법령에 의하여 응시자격이 정지되지 아니한 자 이어야 합니다.(적용기준일 : 최종 면접시험일)

※ 다만, 기록연구직렬에 응시하는 자는 기록관리 전문요원의 자격(학위 등)이 있어야 하고, 9급 경력경쟁임용시험 중 사서직렬은 준사서 자격증 이상이 있어야 하며, 보건, 시설, 공업직렬은 전남 소재 특성화고(구 전문계고)를 졸업한 자 또는 졸업예정자로서 당해 학교장의 추천이 있어야 합니다.

라. 장애인 구분 모집 응시대상자는 「장애인복지법시행령」제2조의 규정에 따른 장애인 및 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령」제14조 제3항의 규정에 따른 상이등급 기준에 해당되어야 합니다.

1) 장애인 구분 모집에 응시하고자 하는 자는 “응시원서 접수마감일 현재”까지 장애인으로 유효하게 등록되어 있어야 하고, 상이등급 기준에 해당하는 자로서 유효하게 등록․결정되어 있어야 합니다.

※ 장애인 응시자는 응시원서 접수시 본인의 장애유형에 맞는 편의조치를 신청할 수 있으며, 지정기한 내에 장애인증명서 사본과 의료법 제3조에 의한 종합병원에서 발급한 의사소견서를 제출해야 합니다.

2) 장애인 구분 모집 응시대상자의 증빙서류(장애인 복지카드 또는 장애인 등록증, 국가유공자증)는 필기시험 합격자 발표일에 안내하는 기간 내에 제출하여야 합니다.

3) 장애인 응시자는 공무원으로서 직무수행(필기, 시각, 청각, 언어구사 등)에 지장이 없어야 합니다.

마. 저소득층 구분모집 응시자는 「국민기초생활 보장법」에 따른 수급자로서 2009년 1월 1일 이전에 급여실시가 결정되어 원서접수 마감일 현재까지 계속해서 수급한 사람이어야 합니다.

1)「병역법」에 의한 군복무(현역, 대체복무)로 인하여 보장중지 되었던 사람은 군복무 직전과 직후의 수급 기간을 합산하여 2년 이상인 경우 응시가 가능합니다.(단, 군복무 를 마친 후 2개월 이내에 다시 수급자로 결정된 자에 한함)

2) 저소득층 구분모집 응시대상자는 주민등록상의 거주지 관할 시․ 군․ 구청장이 발급한 수급자증명서(수급기간 명시)를 필기시험 합격자 발표일에 안내하는 기간 내에 제출하여야 합니다.

※ 장애인 및 저소득층 응시대상자는 구분모집과 관계없이 일반시험에도 비장애인 또는 비수급자와 동일한 조건으로 응시할 수 있으므로 접수시 응시원서 해당란에 정확하게 표시되었는지 확인하여야 합니다.(단, 복수 응시 불가)

바. 아래 해당 자격증 1개 이상 소지 또는 자격요건에 해당 하여야 합니다.(최종 면접시험일 현재 유효한 자격증에 한함)

5. 응시원서 접수(인터넷 접수만 가능)

가. 기간 : 2011. 9. 19.(월) ～ 9. 23.(금)

나. 접수시간 : 접수기간 내 09:00 ~ 21:00(단, 접수 마지막날은 18:00까지만 접수)

※ 구체적인 방법은 접수기간 중에 원서접수사이트에서 처리단계별로 상세하게 안내합니다.

※ 접수마감일 마감시점에 원서접수시 지원자 폭주 및 인터넷 웹브라우저 오류 기타 사유 등으로 인한 피해가 없도록 미리 접수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2) 응시수수료는 기록연구(7급상당) 7,000원, 9급 5,000원이며, 신용카드결제나 계좌이체 결제방법으로 납부하여야 접수처리 됩니다.

3) 사진파일 : JPG형식, 해상도 100에 3.5cm × 4.5cm(파일용량 9Kbyte~100Kbyte)

※ 사진은 스캔한 JPG형식의 파일을 사용하여야 하며, 배경이 있는 사진 또는 스냅사진, 모자나 선글라스 등을 착용한 사진, 파일이 너무 크거나 작아서 본인식별이 곤란할 경우 원서접수를 무효 처리합니다.

4) 접수기간 동안에는 취소 또는 기재사항 수정이 가능하나, 접수기간 종료 후에는 기재사항 변경이 불가능하며, 취소는 접수완료 후 10일[2011. 10. 3.(월) 18:00]까지 가능합니다. 접수취소시 전액 환불이 가능하며, 계좌이체할 경우 당일만 전액 환불되고, 이후는 수수료를 공제하고 환불해드립니다.

5) 응시표는 2011. 10. 6.(목) 09:00 ~ 2011. 10. 8.(토) 09:20까지 출력이 가능합니다.

(접수증은 접수완료 즉시 출력가능하며, 응시표와는 별개이므로 시험당일은 반드시 응시표를 칼라로 출력하여 지참하시기 바랍니다.

6) 접수시 응시자가 처리단계별 절차에 의하여 입력한 후 최종확인(응시수수료 결제 완료 후 응시료 납부 취소 버튼이 생성되고 원서출력시 접수번호가 기재된 것으로 정상처리 되었음을 확인)을 하여야 하며, 접수 부주의로 인하여 시험에 응시할 수 없을 경우에는 응시자에게 모든 책임이 있습니다.

6. 양성평등채용목표제

가. 대상시험 : 공개경쟁임용시험(경력경쟁임용시험은 적용되지 않음)

나. 채용목표 : 시험실시단계별 합격예정 인원의 30%(인원수 계산시 선발예정 인원이 5명이상 10명미만일 경우 소수점 이하는 적용하지 않으며, 10명 이상인 경우에는 소수점 이하를 반올림)

다. 실시방법 : 어느 한 성(性)의 합격자가 채용목표 비율에 미달할 경우 하한성적 이상인 해당 성(性)의 응시자 중에서 성적순에 의하여 당초의 합격예정인원을 초과하여 추가 합격 처리함(하한성적 : 합격선 -3점)

※ 채용 목표인원에 미달하는 인원만큼 해당 성(性)의 응시자를 추가 합격시키는 것이므로 합격선에 든 다른 성(性)의 합격자가 탈락되는 것은 아님.

7. 시험에 있어서의 가산특전

가. 취업지원대상자(필기시험 시행 전일까지 지정된 경우에 한함)

「독립유공자 예우에 관한 법률」 제16조, 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제29조, 「5․18민주유공자 예우에 관한 법률」 제20조, 「특수임무유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률」제19조에 의한 취업지원대상자, 그리고 「고엽제후유의증 환자지원 등에 관한 법률」제7조에 의한 고엽제후유의증환자와 그 가족에 대하여는 필기시험의 각 과목별 득점에 각 과목별 만점의 10% 또는 5%를 가산합니다.[단, 전 과목 각 4할 이상 득점한 자에 한하여 적용하며, 연구직(기록연구 직렬)은 제외]

※ 취업지원대상자 가산점을 받아 합격하는 사람은 선발예정인원의 30%를 초과할 수 없습니다.

※ 분야별 선발예정인원이 3명 이하인 경우 가산합격자는 발생하지 않습니다.

※ 취업지원대상자 등록 여부는 응시자 본인이 사전에 국가보훈처(또는 지방보훈지청)에서 반드시 확인하여야 합니다.

나. 자격증 소지자 : 필기시험 시행 전일까지 유효한 자격증에 한함

다음 표에 제시된 자격증(통신․정보처리분야 및 사무관리분야)을 소지한 응시자에게는 매과목 4할 이상 득점자에 대하여 각 과목별 득점에 각 과목별 만점의 일정비율(다음 표에서 정한 가산비율)에 해당하는 점수를 가산합니다.

※ 폐지된 자격증으로서 국가기술자격법령등에 의하여 그 자격이 계속 인정되는 자격증은 가산대상 자격으로 인정하며, 2개 이상 자격증을 소지한 경우 본인에게 유리한 하나의 자격증만 가산함.

다. 참고사항

1) 가산특전 대상자의 증빙서류(취업지원대상자, 자격증 사본)는 필기시험 합격자 발표일에 안내하는 기간 내에 제출하여야 하며, 가산특전을 받고자 하는 자는 반드시 필기시험 답안지의 해당란에 표기하여야 합니다.

2) 응시자의 부주의로 답안지 해당 표기란에 가산점을 표기하지 않은 경우 가산점 적용을 받을 수 없습니다.

3) 필기시험시 허위로 가산점을 표기한 자는 「지방공무원 임용령」제65조에 의거 합격의 취소 및 향후 5년간 지방공무원 임용을 위한 시험의 응시자격이 정지될 수 있습니다.

4) 위 가, 나항이 중복되는 경우에는 가산점수를 합산합니다.

5) 득점한 과목 중 한 과목 이상의 점수가 만점의 4할 미만인 자는 위 가, 나항의 가산점수를 가산하지 않습니다.

8. 시험의 합격결정

가. 공개경쟁임용시험의 필기시험 합격자는 매 과목 4할 이상 득점한 사람 중 총득점이 높은 사람부터 선발예정 인원 수 만큼 합격자를 결정하고, 동점자가 있을 때는 선발예정 인원에도 불구하고 합격처리 합니다.

나. 경력경쟁임용시험의 필기시험 합격결정은 매 과목 4할이상, 전과목 총점의 6할 이상 득점한 자 중에서 전과목 총득점에 의한 고득점자 순으로 선발예정 인원을 합격자로 결정하고 동점자가 있을 때는 선발예정 인원에도 불구하고 합격처리 합니다.

다. 제3차 시험(면접)은 「전라남도교육감소속 지방공무원 인사규칙」제11조의 규정에 의하여 결정합니다.

라. 제1․2차 필기시험에 합격하고, 제3차 면접시험에 합격한 자를 최종합격자로 결정합니다.

마. 최종 합격자는 공무원채용신체검사규정에 의한 신체검사를 받아야 하며 이에 불합격 판정을 받은 자는 합격이 취소됩니다.

9. 최종합격자의 등록 및 처우

가. 최종합격자는 지정한 기일 내에 전라남도교육청 총무과에 신규임용후보자 등록을 필하여야 합니다.

나. 신규임용후보자 등록을 필한 자는 전라남도교육청 산하기관에 임용합니다.

다. 특성화고 졸업예정자가 임용시험에 최종합격한 경우 2012년 3월 이후에 임용합니다.

라. 전보 및 전직 제한

※ 경력경쟁임용시험 응시직렬(사서, 보건, 시설, 공업, 기록연구)은 「지방공무원 임용령」제27조제3항에 의거 3년간 전보할 수 없으며, 4년 이내에는 다른 지방자치단체로 전출할 수 없고, 동령 제28조 제3항에 의하여 3년간 전직이 제한됩니다.

10. 응시자 유의사항

가. 응시희망자는 자격요건 등이 적합한 지를 면밀히 검토한 후 응시원서를 제출하시기 바랍니다.

나. 응시원서의 기재착오 및 누락, 연락불능 등으로 초래되는 불이익은 모두 응시자의 책임입니다.

다. 응시원서나 각종 증명서의 기재사항이 다르거나 시험에 관한 규정을 위반한 자는 당해 시험을 무효로 하고 관련법령에 따라 처벌됩니다.

라. 응시자는 시험당일 시험시작 40분전까지 응시표와 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증 등), 컴퓨터용 흑색 수성싸인펜을 지참하고 지정된 좌석에 앉아 시험감독관의 안내에 따라야 합니다.(시험이 시작되면 시험장 입실 불가)

마. 시험에 있어 부정한 행위를 하거나 연령, 거주지, 가산점, 자격증 등 시험에 관한 서류에 허위사실을 기재하여 시험결과에 부당한 영향을 주는 행위를 한 자에 대하여는 지방공무원 임용령 제65조의 규정에 의하여 당해 시험을 무효로 하고 향후 5년간 그 응시자격이 정지됩니다.

바. 응시자는 시험시간 중에는 일체의 통신장비(휴대폰, 스마트폰, PDA, MP3, 무선호출기, 이어폰 등), 전산기기(전자수첩, 전자계산기 등) 및 수정액, 수정테이프 등을 사용할 수 없으며, 발견된 경우에는 부정행위자로 간주 처리합니다. 다만 지참할 경우에는 시험실 전면(前面)에 제출하여야 합니다.

사. 응시표는 원서접수 마감후 10. 6.(목)부터 필기시험일까지 원서접수사이트에서 출력이 가능합니다. 단, 시험당일 분실하였을 경우에는 시험시작 1시간 전까지 고사관리 본부에서 재교부 합니다.(재교부는 응시원서 접수사이트 접속 후 응시자 본인이 직접 출력하므로 인증서 등을 본인이 지참하여야 합니다.)

아. 답안지 기재는 컴퓨터용 흑색 수성싸인펜만 사용하여야 하며 일반펜 사용 및 작성상의 오기로 인한 불이익은 본인의 책임으로 합니다.

자. 응시자는 응시표, 답안지, 공고문 등에서 정한 주의사항에 유의하여야 하며, 이를 준수하지 않을 경우 본인에게 불이익이 됩니다.

차. 시험시간이 종료되기 전 답안기재가 끝났거나 시험을 중도에 포기하더라도 시험시간 종료시까지 퇴실하지 못합니다.

2.試験方法

が。第1.2次試験は、マージして、複数の選択肢4か選択型筆記試験（科目当たり25問）とし、第3次試験は、第1.2次試験合格者に限ってのインタビューで行います。

なさい。障害者区分募集受験対象者は、「障害者福祉法施行令」第2条の規定による障害者と「国家有功者等礼遇及び支援に関する法律施行令」第14条第3項の規定による像の評価基準に該当する必要があります。

1）障害者区分募集に受験しようとする者は、「受験願書受付締切日現在」まで障害者に有効に登録されており、像の評価基準に該当する者として有効に登録さ。決定されている。

※障害者受験者は、受験願書受付時本人の障害の種類に合った快適な措置を申請することができ、指定期限内に障害の証明書のコピーと医療法第3条による総合病院で発行された医師の診断書を提出します。

2）障害者区分募集受験対象者の証拠書類（障害者福祉カードまたは障害登録証、国家有功者証）は、筆記試験合格者発表日にご案内する期間内に提出しなければします。

3）障害者受験者は、公務員としての職務遂行（筆記、視覚、聴覚、言語を話すなど）に支障がないことを確認します。

よ。低所得層の区分募集受験者は「国民基礎生活保障法」に基づく受給者として2009年1月1日以前に給与実施が決定され、願書受付締切日現在まで継続して受給した者でなければします。

1）「兵役法」による兵役（現役、代替服務）により保証停止された人は、軍服務直前と直後の受給期間を合算して2年以上の場合受験が可能です。（但し、軍服務を終えた後、 2ヶ月以内に再び受給者に決定された者に限る）

2）低所得層区分募集受験対象者は、住民登録上の居住地の管轄時。君。区長が発行された受給者証明書（受給期間を明示）を筆記試験合格者発表日にご案内する期間内に提出しなければします。

※障害者と低所得層受験対象者は、区分募集に関係なく、一般的な試験にも健常者または非受給者と同一の条件で受験することができますので、受付時願書該当欄に正しく表示されていることを確認すべきです。（但し、複数受験不可）

5.受験願書受付（インターネット受付のみ）

が。期間：2011年9 19.（月）〜9 23（金）

私。受付時間：受付期間内09:00〜21:00（ただし、受付最終日は18:00まで受付）

である。インターネット願書受付

1）受付サイト：http://www.jne.go.kr

※具体的な方法は、受付期間中に願書受付サイトでの処理ステップで詳細に説明します。

※締め切り締め切り時点で願書受付時のボランティア暴走やインターネットのWebブラウザのエラーその他の事由などによる被害がないように事前に受付してください。

2）受験手数料は記録の研究（7級相当）7,000ウォン、9級5,000ウォンであり、クレジットカード決済や口座振替のお支払い方法で支払わなければ受付処理されます。

3）写真ファイル：JPG形式、解像度100に3.5cm×4.5cm（ファイル容量9Kbyte〜100Kbyte）

※写真は、スキャンしたJPG形式のファイルを使用しなければならず、背景がある写真やスナップ写真、帽子やサングラスなどを着用した写真、ファイルが大きすぎたり小さく本人識別が困難な場合願書受付を無効とします。

4）受付期間中のキャンセルまたは記載事項の変更が可能であるが、受付期間終了後には、記載事項の変更が不可能であり、キャンセルは受付完了後10日[2011。 10. 3（月）18:00]まで可能です。受付キャンセル時に全額返金が可能であり、口座振替する場合当日のみ全額返金され、以降は手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。

5）受験票は、2011年10 6.（木）09:00〜2011年10 8.（土）09:20までの出力が可能です。

（受付証は受付完了、すぐに出力可能で、受験票とは別にので、試験当日は必ず受験票をカラーで出力して持参してください。

6）受付時受験者が処理の手順では、入力した後、最終確認（受験手数料、決済完了後、受験料納付キャンセルボタンが作成され、願書出力時受付番号が記載されたもので、通常の処理されたことを確認）をしなければならず、受付の不注意によって受験できない場合には、受験者にすべての責任があります。

6.両性平等採用目標制

が。対象試験：公開競争採用試験（キャリアの競争任用試験は適用されません）

私。採用目標：試験実施ステップ合格予定人員の30％（人数の計算時に選抜予定人員が5人以上10人未満の場合、小数点以下は適用せず、10人以上の場合には、小数点以下を四捨五入）

である。実施方法：いずれかの性（性）の合格者が採用目標の比率に達した場合、下限性的以上該当性（性）の受験者の中から成績順によって、当初の合格予定人員を超過して追加合格処理する（下限学年：合格ライン-3点）

※採用目標人数に達しない人ほど該当性（性）の受験者を追加合格させるので、合格ラインに入った他の性（性）の合格者が脱落されるわけではない。

7.試験における加算特典

が。就労支援対象者（筆記試験実施前日まで指定された場合に限る）

「独立有功者礼遇に関する法律」第16条、「国家有功者等礼遇及び支援に関する法律」第29条、「5.18民主有功者礼遇に関する法律」第20条、「特殊任務有功者礼遇及び団体設立に関する法律」第19条による就職支援対象者は、「枯葉剤後遺疑症患者支援等に関する法律」第7条による枯葉剤後遺疑症患者とその家族に対して筆記試験の各科目別得点に各科目別満点の10 ％または5％を加算します。[但し、全科目各4割以上得点した者に限り適用され、研究職（記録の研究シリアル）は除く]

※就職支援対象者加算点を受けて合格する人は選抜する予定人員の30％を超えることはできません。

※分野別選抜予定人員が3人以下の場合加算合格者は発生しません。
